Kyle Hoyman is the president and chief executive officer of L&K Lawn Care and Landscaping in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has comprehensive knowledge of the lawn care and landscaping industry, including how to scale a landscaping company sustainably, optimize pricing models, address key brand differentiation challenges in competitive markets, and develop customer acquisition strategies. Kyle Hoyman also excels at integrating landscaping business software and technology.

As the leader of L&K Lawn Care and Landscaping, Mr. Hoyman manages all aspects of client interactions, from client meetings to project estimates. He also oversees payroll, logistics, and employee management. In addition to his duties at the company, he attends industry events such as the Lawn and Landscape Conference in Las Vegas and the Equip Exposition in Louisville, Kentucky, the largest trade show of its kind in the world.

Mr. Hoyman studied at Fairmont State University. He balances his work at L&K Lawn Care and Landscaping with his responsibilities as a registered firefighter in West Virginia. He also volunteers at his local church.
